Join a supportive running community for girls in school Years 9–13. Already able to run 3 km or more? Join our regular See Her Run sessions, where running is about fun, friendship, and feeling strong—not competition.

Who: Girls in Years 9–13 (all paces welcome) When: Tuesdays & Thursdays in term time, bag drop from 4:00 pm, session 4:15–5:00 pm. Where: Sail statue by the Horizon buildings next to the Radisson Cost: Free How it works: Different sessions each week, led by friendly leaders, go at your pace. What to bring: Trainers, water, weather-appropriate layers. Accessibility: We’re inclusive and neurodiversity-aware—quiet meet points, clear instructions, opt-out anytime. Tell us what helps.

SHE STARTS HERE – NEW RUNNERS BEGINNER PROGRAM

New to running? If you can walk, we can help you run. Join two coached sessions a week for six weeks and, by half-term, you’ll be comfortably running 3 km with friends.

Who: All girls in Years 9–13 (no experience needed). When: Tuesdays & Thursdays in term time, bag drop from 4:00 pm, session 4:15–5:00 pm. Where: Sail statue by the Horizon buildings next to the Radisson How it works: Walk/run intervals, friendly leaders, go at your pace. After you graduate: Move straight into our regular See Her Run group Cost: Free What to bring: Trainers, water, weather-appropriate layers.
